Why Care?

A career in care is different to any other career. You will be creating memories & experiences that stay with you forever. Every carer has a touching story of how they impacted another’s life and built trusting relationships with those that need our help.

You will be providing professional support through tailor made care programmes to clients within the comfort of their own home. Our flexible services offers clients a variety of care ranging from: respite care, domestic care, personal care & companionship.

Becoming a Care Assistant

If you are passionate about helping others then you already have the right attitude to become a great carer. You will be meeting people from all walks of life with no two days being the same. This allows you to work with like-minded individuals as a team to provide the safety & security that our clients require.

Being a carer may come with great responsibility, but you will achieve huge satisfaction in knowing you positively benefit other people’s lives. You may be the only person a client sees each day, with genuine excitement and appreciation being shown with beaming smiles upon arrival. Your actions will not only contribute towards the happiness of clients, but also their relatives, as they are able to relax in knowing their loved one is being looked after.

With no two days being the same, your tasks can range from; supporting clients to getting washed and dressed in the morning to assisting with medication and meal preparation. Other tasks can include accompanying clients on trips to help them re-connect with their hobbies & the local community.
