We only employ the very best at Oxford House Community Care

We employ more than 100 highly trained and qualified carers in our team, many of whom have been with us for many years and have received long service awards. They come from a range of social services, care sector and nursing backgrounds.

Workplace Diversity

We only employ carers who meet our high standards and who we feel will reflect our ethos of individualised person-centred care. We work very hard to find genuinely caring, kind and hardworking individuals. Every member of the team is given induction training and ongoing training, including courses in specialist care.

Our carers are supported by an experienced office team, who provide round the clock support.

Many of our office staff have been carers themselves. Their experience gives them unique insight when helping clients to create a care package and organising the day-to-day carer services so that everything runs smoothly.

You can rely on our dedicated and sympathetic team to be there to respond to any request or provide support 24/7, every day of the year.

We invest in our staff and we care for our staff. This results in higher than average staff retention in our sector. In turn, this provides improved continuity of care for those who use our services.

If you have an issue, you can ring up and they will sort it.
