Risk assessments have been completed for all clients. Carers will continue to wear masks at visits for those clients who have opted to keep them in place. All other clients have been advised masks will be worn upon presentation of symptoms. Carers who wish to continue to wear a mask for their own protection have been advised to do so. Gloves and aprons remain part of our infection control procedures. Staff will be testing upon presentation of symptoms.

We would also like to remind you of the digital services available, which can be faster and easier to get the support you need. We can provide access to our real-time care monitoring systems (PASS) for clients and their families.

Providing professional, personalised home care to support independent living

Receiving high quality, dependable, personalised support can make the difference between someone being able to continue living independently and having to make the move into a nursing home.

At Oxford House Community Care, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, professional and friendly community care that enables people to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. However, we also place great importance on helping to enrich the lives of those that we care for. We want them to feel valued and have carers they can talk to, who know them well and can anticipate their needs.

Our 30 years of home care experience enable us to recognize individual needs and tailor a personal care package that works for both the person being cared for and their family.

Our carers become a valued extension to the person's family. By building long-term relationships with the people they visit, our carers can recognise if there is a need for increased care and respond promptly to any concerns.

We would welcome the opportunity to tell you more about the exceptional community care services we offer.

Call Donna Doyle, our Registered Manager, to find out more. In addition to home care, please browse our range of care services on our website today, including domestic and respite care in Berkshire.

I've got a lovely carer. We get on very well together. I don't know what I'd do if I lost her.
