Meet Sarah! Our field care supervisor
Before joining Oxford House Sarah worked with adults with learning disabilities. However, with the appealing offer of flexible working hours, that coincided with childcare and family life, Sarah Joined our team as a care assistant in October 2011.
After years of providing excellent care, Sarah progressed and became the area supervisor for Langley & Wexham. Her role is focussed on overseeing all calls covered within the area. With the day-to-day tasks of risk assessments, care plans, welcoming new packages and responding to any surveys or issues raised by staff and clients.
After so many years of working here, we asked Sarah why she enjoys being a part of our company.
"I enjoy working for Oxford House as it’s an amazing company with brilliant managers & staff, which is why we continuously grow. Its great to hear regular positive feedback, resulting in a working environment that I look forward to going into every day.
Another great characteristic of Oxford House is the opportunities of career development. An example of this is my journey from care assistant to area supervisor. I have also nearly finished my NVQ level 3, and look forward to starting my level 4.
