Providing professional, personalised home care to support independent living

Receiving high quality, dependable, personalised support can make the difference between someone being able to continue living independently and having to make the move into a nursing home.   

At Oxford House Community Care, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, professional and friendly community care that enables people to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. However, we also place great importance on helping to enrich the lives of those that we care for. We want them to feel valued and have carers they can talk to, who know them well and can anticipate their needs.

Our 30 years of home care experience enable us to recognize individual needs and tailor a personal care package that works for both the person being cared for and their family.

Our carers become a valued extension to the person’s family. By building long-term relationships with the people they visit, our carers can recognise if there is a need for increased care and respond promptly to any concerns.
