From Oxford House Nursing Home

An important message from the management of Oxford House Nursing Home.
We know the past several months have been extremely difficult as the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop. Nothing is more important to Oxford House than the health and safety of our residents, their families and our colleagues.

Our dedicated team of Management, Nursing and Care staff are working around the clock to support our residents and their families. Our staff have access to all necessary stocks of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and all staff will be following relevant and prevailing guidance from the Government and Public Health to ensure appropriate infection control methods are in place.

Our visiting policy and procedures are under constant review in order to keep our residents and staff as safe as possible. We reference local and national government visiting guidance in order to amend visiting procedures if required. We will notify all residents and relatives of our prevailing visiting policy.

During this time, we would also like to remind you of the digital communication options available to you, including Zoom; FaceTime; Skype; Face Book etc. Please email info@oxfordhousecare.com to contact our team, or call 01753 533554.

Oxford House Nursing Home - a professionally run, home from home in Berkshire

If the time has come for you to consider a nursing home, we believe that you will not find a warmer welcome than here at Oxford House.

The many customer service awards we have won over the years are the result of our long-held belief that the needs of our residents are our absolute priority.

As a small-sized, family-run home, we get to know all our residents well and are always looking for ways to make their time with us as full and happy as possible. We try to match activities to personal interests - for example, taking residents who like football to the stadium to cheer on the local team. These small things can make a big difference.

Our years of experience enable us to help new residents to settle in quickly, giving family members peace of mind that their loved one is happy and well cared for.

We want the whole family, not just the resident, to feel that they are a part of our very special nursing home.

We would be proud to show you what we offer at Oxford House, please get in touch and we can arrange a visit.
