Kim has been with Oxford House since 2010, providing essential support to the office and management team. Her responsibilities include admin, HR tasks, organising training, and ensuring compliance is maintained across the company.
Kim’s favourite part of the job is the people, she believes the team is like a family. Describing herself as proactive, helpful, and organised, she takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dining out, walking her dog, and listening to music.
