Donna has been with Oxford House since 2009. She began her career in care after having her first child, working night shifts to support her family, and discovered a passion for helping others.
As Registered Manager, Donna ensures we remain compliant, well-staffed, and deliver high-quality care. She oversees audits, reviews care plans, and supports the team to provide the best service.
Her favourite part of the job is knowing our care makes a real difference. Described as patient, understanding, and caring, Donna is committed to putting people first.
Outside work, she enjoys gardening, family time, and travelling in her camper van.
