Meet our Oxford House Community Care Team

At Oxford House, we are very lucky to have an experienced & committed management and senior care team. They have a vast amount of knowledge and are always on hand to help our clients, relatives and carers. They are also recognised by CQC as being Outstanding in the Well Led key question from our latest inspection.

Donna Doyle:

Registered Manager

Donna has been with Oxford House since 2008. She began her career in care after having her first child, working night shifts to support her family, and discovered a passion for helping others. As Registered Manager, Donna ensures we remain compliant, well-staffed, and deliver high-quality care. She oversees audits, reviews care plans, and supports the team to provide the best service. Her favourite part of the job is knowing our care makes a real difference. Described as patient, understanding, and caring, Donna is committed to putting people first. Outside work, she enjoys gardening, family time, and travelling in her camper van.

Claire Barry:

Care Coordinator

Claire has been with Oxford House since 2014. She started in care working night shifts while raising her children, and later moved into the office when a role became available, quickly recognised for her potential.

She now manages staff rosters, medication orders, liaises with district nurses and social services, and sets up new care packages.

Claire’s favourite part of the job is the clients, and she sometimes misses being a full-time carer, especially making someone’s day. She describes herself as fun and easy-going.

Outside work, Claire enjoys running and playing softball.

Kim Yeo:

Office Support

Kim has been with Oxford House since 2010, providing essential support to the office and management team. Her responsibilities include admin, HR tasks, organising training, and ensuring compliance is maintained across the company.

Kim’s favourite part of the job is the people, she believes the team is like a family.

Describing herself as proactive, helpful, and organised, she takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dining out, walking her dog, and listening to music.

Monika Jalota:

Care Manager

Monika has been with Oxford House since 2015, and her journey reflects the internal growth opportunities we offer.

She started part-time, became a full-time carer, advanced to senior carer, and is now one of our managers, ensuring the quality of care provided to our service users.

Monika’s favourite part of the job is seeing clients happy with the care they receive. Describing herself as kind and flexible, she takes great pride in the positive impact the team has on the lives of the people we serve.

Outside of work, Monika enjoys traveling with her family or solo, as well as gardening.

Tasha Nelms:

Care Coordinator Maidenhead

Tasha has been with Oxford House since 2024, working as both a carer and Maidenhead Coordinator. She manages office calls, addresses staff concerns, and ensures smooth operations in Maidenhead while providing direct care.

Tasha joined the care sector to make a difference, drawn by her desire to help others. She loves that no two days are the same and enjoys working closely with people. Describing herself as willing, strong, and kind, Tasha is always ready to support her team and clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her mum, going to the gym, walking, and boxing.

Samina Malik:

Accounts Manager

Samina has been with Oxford House since 2015, starting as an accountant and eventually becoming the team leader of the financial department. Her role involves forecasting, invoicing, payroll, preparing reports, and more. While she didn’t initially choose the care sector, she finds great satisfaction working for a company with a strong sense of purpose and commitment to a good cause.

Her favourite part of the job is the people she works with, and she describes herself as considerate, kind, and helpful.

Outside of work, Samina enjoys meditating, spending time with her family, and gardening.

Feroza Atif:

Accounts Assistant

Feroza has been with Oxford House since 2022, where she manages invoices, processes payroll, and oversees petty cash. She holds a degree in Economics and Social Work and has always had a passion for finance, so this role was the perfect fit for her background.

Her favourite part of the job is working alongside a dedicated team and contributing to the smooth running of the financial department. While working in finance might seem serious, Feroza describes herself as focused and committed to her work.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton, going for walks, and spending time with her family.

Rui Felix: Marketing Executive

Felix joined Oxford House since 2025 to develop the company’s online presence. His role includes managing social media, creating advertising strategies, overseeing the website, and handling all things marketing-related.

His favourite part of the job is knowing that the care sector and the team he works with are making a positive impact in the world. He also enjoys engaging with clients, learning their stories, and gaining insights from everyone he meets along the way.

Felix describes himself as friendly, curious, and creative. Outside of work, he loves exploring new places, going out to dance, and spending time with family and friends.
