Meet Karla ! Our Area Supervisor
Karla has been working at Oxford House Community Care for over 14 years! Since Joining Karla has gone from strength to strength showing not only great commitment towards enhancing clients lives but her ability to provide professional care in different carer roles. This has resulted in Karla progressing within the company and reach numerous senior positions.
Karla first started in July 2006 as a carer doing evenings in the Langley area. Over the years her continuous hard work has seen her progress to become the area supervisor for Slough, senior carer and care co-ordinator.
Her daily role covers overseeing all tasks and activities within the Slough area. Including setting up new care packages, customer reviews, home from hospital assessments and training new carers.
We asked Karla on what its like to work here & this was her response.
‘ I love what I do and I enjoy my role very much, every day is different and although challenging at times I find the role is very rewarding’
