Tailored care programmes

We provide person-centred care that reflects not only their health and well-being needs, but also their personal preferences and interests, giving them choice and control.

Our experienced team will create a programme of care for your loved one

We care for people in their own homes across East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire every day of the year. We provide person-centred care that reflects not only their health and well-being needs, but also their personal preferences and interests, giving them choice and control.

Care may be needed for a range of reasons - it may be needed for an elderly or disabled person, someone who is recovering from an illness or operation, or simply just needs a bit of extra help. Visits can be made several times a day, daily, weekly, monthly or even just a one-off.

Every person we care for is an individual, so we take time to understand the level of care that is needed and work with our clients to create a care package that meets everyone's needs. As time passes, if there is an increased requirement for care, we will help you consider all the options and these can be entirely flexible.

Our office team are always happy to discuss any additional help you think may be needed or any thoughts on how we could make life easier for the person we care for. We are able to discuss the range of available funding options on a person-by-person basis.

I've got a lovely carer. We get on very well together. I don't know what I'd do if I lost her.
