At Oxford House Nursing Home, we continuously aim to improve the lives of our residents, whilst putting their families at ease by knowing that their loved ones are well looked after.
We achieve these aims by listening to the interests and needs of our residents, and their families. This enables us to provide individualised activities that are suited towards their preferences and interests . We ensure all voices and opinions are heard through our communication & reviews systems, most notably our feedback forms, residents input & family interactions. All feedback received is treated with respect, dignity & seriousness, with it being targeted towards continuous improvement in our service.
