The GSF accreditation is an award that recognizes sustained practice & effort towards ensuring care is proactive, personalised & well-coordinated. The framework is followed by care homes, GP’S and hospitals that are focused around providing the best care to those with life limiting conditions.
We successfully completed the GSF care homes reaccreditation assessment which has resulted in us receiving the quality hallmark award.
