However, with the appealing offer of flexible working hours, that coincided with childcare and family life, Sarah Joined our team as a care assistant in October 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After years of providing excellent care, Sarah progressed and became the area supervisor for Langley &amp; Wexham. Her role is focussed on overseeing all calls covered within the area. With the day-to-day tasks of risk assessments, care plans, welcoming new packages and responding to any surveys or issues raised by staff and clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After so many years of working here, we asked Sarah why she enjoys being a part of our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;I enjoy working for Oxford House as it\u2019s an amazing company with brilliant managers &amp; staff, which is why we continuously grow. Its great to hear regular positive feedback, resulting in a working environment that I look forward to going into every day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another great characteristic of Oxford House is the opportunities of career development. An example of this is my journey from care assistant to area supervisor.
