Awards such as &#8216;Carer of the Year&#8217; and long\nservice awards are given out during an annual awards event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Career progression is encouraged and we regularly promote people to Senior Carers, Area Supervisor and Care Co-ordinators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invest in our team and are very proud that our staff retention is higher than average for our sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>I won an award due to good feedback from people using the service.
