We work very hard to find genuinely caring, kind and hardworking individuals. Every member of the team is given induction training and ongoing training, including courses in specialist care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our carers are supported by an experienced office team, who provide\nround the clock support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many of our office staff have been carers themselves. Their experience gives them unique insight when helping clients to create a care package and organising the day-to-day carer services so that everything runs smoothly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can rely on our dedicated and sympathetic team to be there to\nrespond to any request or provide support 24\/7, every day of the year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invest in our staff and we care for our staff. This results in higher than average staff retention in our sector.
